OUR FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS...

Q: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AND SHIP MY ORDER?

Because all our products are handmade with love, care and pride, we would like to have all your orders made to ship within 2-3 weeks excluding shipping time. 

We would then be shipping Royal Mail 2nd class with tracking. Usually this would be delivery between 2-3 business days

Shipping within the UK will cost:

 

£4.99 for orders under £60 

£6.99 for orders over £60

Costs to ship to Europe will be slightly more expensive, starting at £12 and should take 6-7 business days, please email to enquire.

Costs to ship to the rest of the world will again be more expensive, starting at £25 and usually 10+ business days, please email to enquire.

Customers will be responsible for and customs and income taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs

We make no money from sending your orders. We have thought very carefully in to how we want our parcels to look upon arrival and have bought eco packaging which is all 100% recyclable. This all costs money but our products deserve to arrive in style to our wonderful customers. Enjoy.

Q: RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

We do not except returns, exchanges or refunds after your item/s have been made. Some orders have been customised and everyone has their own unique taste, which would make this very hard to achieve and sell on to another customer.

However if you do receive an order that has a fault or is not up to our high standards, please email yoohoo@a-zcollections.co.uk as soon as possible whereby a full refund or exchange will be offered.

Lost Parcels

In the event that you consider your item to be lost in the post, you are required to notify A-Z Collections within 28 days of the expected delivery date. Orders that haven't been notified within this time frame will not be refunded or replaced. Royal Mail provide their own terms for a parcel to be considered lost and so after this timeframe has passed the order will be replaced. Refunds will not be issued for lost parcels, in order to protect the business from fraudulent claims.

Incorrect delivery details

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for orders where incorrect delivery details or address has been provided.

Q: LOOKING AFTER YOUR BEAUTIFUL ADVENTURES WITH ARCHIBALD ITEMS?

We recommend Machine wash cool or warm (30° is preferable) on a gentle or delicate cycle. It is advised to wash inside out to maintain the brightness in the prints. However slight fading might occur if care instructions are not followed. You are able to tumble dry on a low temperature setting. However again air drying is best.

Please check individual products for specific guidance.

Q: SIZING DETAILS.

All items from Adventures with Archibald are handmade to order. Each will be hand cut and sewn individually. There might be slight discrepensies in sizing and from images shown.

It is not always possible to replicate a piece due to the pattern variations on the print and the size of the item.  

Each and everyone item will be unique!

Q: HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

Currently we accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and PayPal. We will be looking in to other ways, i.e Apple Pay. If you have any questions again please feel free to email us on yoohoo@a-zcollections.co.uk. We will do our best to assist you to the best of our knowledge. 

Q: WHY ARE YOU PRODUCTS MORE EXPENSIVE?

Every item from Adventures with Archibald is made by hand from start to finish. We did a lot of research in to find the best material for your little ones to wear. Our items are made from Organic cotton and are digitally printed. This is a very expensive process and once the material has arrived it is very time consuming to create your personal customised Adventures with Archibald outfit.
